Gel Polish Only Appointment Only Located on Clayton Blvd (Old US Hwy 70 Bus) POLICIES: Deposit: Deposits are $25 for full set enhancements, $15 for fill-in sets, or approximately a third of a fixed-price service. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your service. Late Fee: Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes they will be charged a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and deposit(s) for the appointment will be nonrefundable and non-transferable to other appointments. Cancellation: Clients have up to 24hrs prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation or rescheduling is within 24hrs of the appointment, the deposit for the appointment will be nonrefundable and non-transferable to other appointments. Warranty: Any issues related to the service, such as lifting or retention issues, must be reported within 72 hours. The report should be made in writing via text message to 252-218-9627 with a detailed description of the issue. The service provider will analyze the reported issue and, if determined to be within the scope of our service, will fix it free of charge. The availability of the technician will determine the earliest appointment possible for the fix. Warranty does not apply to any outside materials, including but not limited to: polish from home or fill sets on foreign nails. Liability: While every effort will be made to provide you with the best possible service, Nails by Jess LeeAnn cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages suffered during or after the provision of our services. It is your responsibility to inform the service provider of any known allergies or medical conditions that may affect your experience or well-being during the service. Consent for Media Use: You hereby grant us permission to capture, record, and use pictures and videos during the service for promotional and social media purposes. These media may be shared on the service provider’s social media platforms or used in promotional materials. Your full name or any other personally identifiable information will not be shared without your explicit consent. You agree to not chargeback or dispute the charges for the service. By booking and receiving services from Nails by Jess LeeAnn, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
